Joe was a Viet Nam veteran who loved his country and was proud to be a United States Marine.  A lover of all dogs and cats he came into contact with.  He also loved to tend to the shrubs and plants in the yard when he was able to.  I'm glad I got to know Joe during the last 15 years.  Rest in Peace.
