Joe was the kind of person that was perennially young. He seemed to glow with enthusiasm and warmth, always smiling. I had the privilege of serving on parish council with him at St. Mary’s in Ridgefield. Both Bill and I remember traveling with Joe and Gloria on more than a few March for Life rallies. What an amazing life! Our deepest sympathies to Gloria and all the family. May he Rest In Peace.
