Judith Gall

Judith A. Gall (Judy), age 68, of Monroe, CT, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 17th 2016 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. Judy was born in Bridgeport on July 17, 1948 and was the daughter of Stephen and Amelia Gydus of Trumbull, CT. Judy was a registered nurse for over 40 years, working for Norwalk Hospital, paused her career to raise a family, and continued her career, recently working for Hewitt Health & Rehabilitation in Shelton, CT. Judy enjoyed arts and crafts and cooking in her spare time. She is survived by her loving husband Peter Gall, of Monroe, CT, her son Peter Gall and daughter in law Debra Tracey of Stratford, CT, grandchildren Cody Gall, Kristin Tracey, Allyson Tracey and Liam Tracey of Stratford, CT, and sisters Kathy Gydus of Kennersville, NC and Karen Spotloe of Philippi, WV. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, October 21st from 4pm – 8 pm at the Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT. A short service will be held on Saturday, October 22nd at 10:30 am at the funeral home with burial immediately following the service at the Monroe Center cemetery on Old Tannery Road in Monroe, CT.
