Hi Karen,
Today we lost yet another important person in our lives, my older sister, Karen. She was one of my first teachers. Always positive, always full of hope, even though life dealt her a cruel and unfair hand. As the years went on life got crueler, but you would never know it by talking to her. She never complained, never moaned, never even said that life was not fair. She was in agony and you could see it in her face but she would just say she was ok, she was fine. It was horrible to watch her in the end, so fragile, so weak and it really humbled me. She truely is one of the strongest people I will ever have the honor to know. I know Junior was there to escort her to heaven, to show her how to breathe again, to walk, to run. My heart hurts yet again, it aches for my mother and father. It aches for Dominic and Samantha. May she rest in peace. Peace that is beyond well deserved. Love you Karen Torres. 01/22/1963 to 06/28/2012.

Hi Karen,
"Alex...I am so sorry...I will never forget how important and COOL she made me feel...driving around in her car. Waiting for her to get home from work so she could bring us somewhere or just to talk to her in her room upstairs. I will always remember her beautiful smile...that she always wore. Nor will I ever forget her distinctive laugh that I always loved. XO TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!"

Karen -you are the strongest, most determined and most positve person I have ever known. Even in those moments when your struggle exhausted you-you smiled and gave someone else encouragement. You are my friend, I will carry that with me always and will always feel blessed because of that. Run free-hug your animals-and check in on us every once in a while.

Beauty, strength, determination, laughter, hope, loyalty, fun, compassion. I will miss all these and much more my dear friend. Enjoy the wind in your hair, the sun on your face and the sweet nuzzle of all the animals you have loved and lost. I will look for you in the field of wild horses when we get to meet again.

Dear loved Karen. My cousin. My own Aquarius guide. I want you to have this horseshoe to take with you to the very place you deserve and always new. The fields of your beloved horses are everywhere now and you can choose them at will as they roam through God's own back yard. Please take this horseshoe and put it on your favorite horse for that horse will take you to the very heart and spirit of God's wonderful creation. You, Karen are now in the ultimate state of peace, happiness and joy that we all so dearly long for. You My dear cousin, should know that. We All know you have easily earned and deserve the ultimate LOVE Peace and JOY that is truly in the eyes of our creator for HE has been watching you always. I sincerely remember your advice from long ago so this is my humble gift to you. So Karen my cousin, have fun riding through God's back yard for I will need riding lessons from you when I see you AGAIN! I love you whole heartedly.

I love You!
