Dear Joyce and family,
I was heartbroken to hear of Michael's passing. My heart goes out to you and the family. I have such wonderful memories of you and Michael at Ginny's gatherings. There was such happiness and merriment during those cherished times. I will always remember you and Michael arriving by boat and all of the fun we had partying at the lakeside. It will be nice to see you and the family again. Sending you a long distance hug.

As fate would have it, on July 20th I found this passage in our parents' home written in the hand of our Mother, Virginia Marie Rebar. With Deepest Sympathy- Night falls but day dawns to replace it...Grief comes but time will ease the pain...Life ends but death can not erase it...In memory, love will always remain. There are those whose lives death can not diminish. Their love radiates forever in the hearts of friends and loved ones, and their light shines on in the lives they've touched for so many years. She took this verse from a card she sent to a friend in 1999. Now she sends it on behalf of her son through me I am sure. Loving Sister, Ginny

Joyce, Colleen, Jesse and Family,

Sending sincere sympathy and love to you and your family. Our family has many fond memories including birthday parties, camping and weddings to name a few. Our fondest memory is Dad and his friends trying to sing "I have friends in low places". While it wasn't appreciated then, in hind sight they are GREAT memories.
We will always cherish the times you were there with us, both good times and sad.

With Love and Sympathy,
Tom Brown and Family

Ted and I were so very sadden to learn of Mike's passing. He was such a vibrant man and he was at his best in Maine. We know how much he will be missed but he will always be in our hearts. We will never forget his dancing in the moonlight with you at one of Ginny's summer parties. It is an honor to have known him and the world is a sadder place without him. He is now in your hearts forever and you will hear him speak to you.

There are so many memories I cannot even begin to recount.

Mike, you have been one of my dad’s best friends for as long as I can remember. You have been a part of our lives and supported and celebrated with us. I always knew my dad was in good hands with you around. You helped shape who I am, as someone I have always looked up to. The world lost a good soul, but heaven gained an angel to look after your family. My heartfelt condolences to Joyce and the rest of your family. May the Lord shine his light of peace and healing upon all of them.
