Nancy was born and lived much of her life in Stamford before moving to Wilton and ultimately the Trumbull/Monroe area. She was the daughter of the late Theodore and Anne Bodetka and is survived by her two sisters, Beverly Bien and Theodora (Teddy) Swift, both of Trumbull as well as several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Nancy graduated from UCONN with a BA in English and continued her career working for various corporate offices as a secretary, office manager and associate writer. After retiring, Nancy enjoyed spending her time shopping (always a favorite pastime), doing craft and art projects, reading and spending time with family. She loved art, music and books and her home reflected her her interests.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
