

Natalina Pelino (nee Venditti), of Monroe, CT, devoted wife of Gaetano passed away on February 24 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. She was born in Ripi, Italy on March 20, 1934 and immigrated to the United States as a young teenager. A proud American and active member of St. Raphael’s Parish since 1947 she was a breast cancer survivor who enjoyed cooking and gardening. Her selflessness, loving heart, grace and kindness will be a light to the family and friends she leaves behind. Natalina is survived by her children: Elisa Chollet of Trumbull; Gina Hallock and her husband Matthew of Fairfield; Joseph and his wife Lisa of Mount Arlington, NJ; and Anthony of Phoenix, AZ; her six grandchildren Delphine, Christopher, Etienne, Justin, Elijah and Jacob and a sister, Sandra Griffin of Grafton, NH.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, February 26 from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Spadaccino Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT, 06468. Funeral mass will follow on Monday, February 27 at St. Margaret’s Shrine in Bridgeport, CT at 11:00. Entombment will immediately follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 1056 Daniels Farm Road, Trumbull.
