

Norman Ray Lilly, Jr., age 52, passed away Friday, September 14, 2012 due to cancer diagnosed in April 2012. He was born February 6, 1960 in Baltimore, MD, and was a resident of Monroe, CT. He attended Bunnell High School in Stratford, CT, and received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Haven. He was employed by Pitney Bowes for 31 years, and received multiple patents that were job related. He began working at Carestream Molecular Imaging in January 2012.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Mazzone Lilly, his 3 children, Rachel, Russell, and Brian, his parents, Joyce and Phil Fabro, his father and mother-in-law, Gregory and Barbara Mazzone, his brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Teresa Mazzone, and his dog, Willy Lilly. He was pre-deceased by his father, Norman Ray Lilly, Sr.
His greatest joys were being with his family and working on projects around his home. He also enjoyed boating, eating Maryland Blue Crabs, and listening to classic rock music.
The wake will take place at Spadaccino's Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT, on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 from 4-9 pm. . The Memorial Service will be held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Thursday, September 20, 2012, at 11 am.
