Patricia was born in Yonkers, NY to Annastasia Delahanty on May 27, 1938. She married Robert Moretti on August 23, 1958.
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband and son, Robert. Patricia is survived by her daughter, Nancy, son Chris and his wife Annmarie; her 6 grandchildren, Tracy, Lorin, Robert, Ryan, Brendan, and Sean; and 4 great-grandchildren, Avery, Brayden, Greyson, and Autumn.
Patricia enjoyed spending time with family and was happiest when surrounded by loved ones. Holidays, birthdays, and any celebratory gatherings were what brought her the most joy.
Visitation will be held from 10:30-12:30 at the Spadaccino and Leo Gallagher & Son Funeral Home, Friday, August 21, 2026, immediately followed by a Mass at 1 pm at Saint Jude in Monroe with Fr. Joseph Gill officiating.
The family is grateful for the outpouring of love and support provided by family and friends.
