Richard Jude Dallacosta

Richard Jude Dallacosta, age 56, of Monroe, Connecticut, passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness.

Son of the late Elizabeth “Betty” Preston and Richard Dallacosta. He is survived by his deeply devoted fiancé, Suellen J.D. DuBac, sons Colin and Kyle Dallacosta, brothers Brian Preston and Stephen Dallacosta, sister Karen Preston, and chosen brothers Crispin McCay and Gordon Umbsen.

A friend to all, Richard will be deeply missed.

The family would like to thank all who shared in his care from the doctors and nurses at Griffin Hospital, Yale New Haven Hospital, Smilow Cancer Center at Yale, Skyview Center in Wallingford, and Vitas Hospice.

Services will be private.
