She was a devoted Catholic who never missed a mass until she was unable to drive. She enjoyed watching Judge Judy and soap operas every day. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren, who she showered with love. She enjoyed making Crochet blankets, scarves, and booties to gift to her grandchildren and family members. When she was not crocheting, she could always be found in the kitchen making sure no one ever went hungry and offering up her famous meatballs. She loved gardening especially growing flowers and receiving them. Her favorite animals were birds, owls and dogs. She owned a Maltese Pekingese dog named Mitzi whom she loved dearly. She is known to many for her Italian accent and being a typical Italian grandmother.
