Rosa was born in Ecuador and was a restaurant owner. She was adored by her husband of 70 years, Hailton.
She is survived by her 3 sons, Fredy, Sucre, and Jimmy Lopez, and her daughter Rossy DelGaizo. She is also survived by 4 grandsons, Alexander, Galo, Christopher and Jimmy Jr., and her granddaughter Gabriela.
A visitation will take place Wednesday, May 21, from 10:00 to 11:30 am, with a funeral service at 11:30 am, at the Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT. Burial to follow at Mountain Grove Cemetery in Easton.
