Scott Jamieson Roberts (“Scottie”) was the beloved infant son of Meaghan Sprague and Ryan Roberts of Monroe, Connecticut. Scottie was born on January 2, 2026, and passed away unexpectedly on June 19, 2026.
Though his time on earth was far too brief, Scottie was deeply loved and brought immeasurable joy to everyone that knew him. His joyous presence, endearing smile, and contagious laughter lit up the room and filled the lives of his family with happiness, hope, and love beyond measure.
Scottie will be forever cherished by his parents, Meaghan and Ryan; his grandparents, Scott and Debbie Sprague of Dennis, Massachusetts, and Cathy Jamieson of Barre, Vermont; his aunts and uncles Katie and Alex Hehir of Rochester, New Hampshire, and Aaron Roberts of Chicago, Illinois; as well as the many other family members and friends whose hearts were forever touched by his life.
Scottie’s life, though sadly too brief, was a precious gift. Scottie’s memory will remain a lasting light in the hearts of those who knew him.
On July 11, 2026 a memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm at Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home in Monroe, Connecticut with calling hours to follow until 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made on behalf of Scottie to the TEARS Foundation (https://thetearsfoundation.org) or the First Candle Organization (https://firstcandle.org).
