To the family of Thayer Brown II,
My condolences on Pete's passing. I worked at Moore Tool with Pete since 1973 until we both were let go due to downsizing. Pete was always friendly and respectful of my position there. He was a dedicated employee of Moore and knew every technical aspect of the company. I was surprised that they would let all that technical experience leave. I saw Pete one day a few years ago at Walgreens in Monroe and with his beard, I didn't recognize him but he said hello to me and we had a nice chat. Luanne, I'm sorry you lost your soulmate. We have great memories - the cruise with “Eric” and you with the bra on your head lol. Many great dinners and sooo many New Year’s eves. Loved when you gave Gary Walker for his birthday but couldn’t seem to let him go. We will surely miss you Pete!!! You will always be in our hearts - Gary and Sheila

On 2013, I remember flying CT. to pick up 3 afghan puppies with Steve and Maria Barkmeier. We stayed overnight and went to meet Pete and Lucia and all the puppies! We went to Il Palio for dinner with Lala, Shirley and Joanne.
We returned to CT to pick up another puppy on 2013. We selected the puppy and went for dinner at Outback's Pete's favorite place to dine. I stayed overnight with Pete and Lucia and I felt at home with family. Before I left Papa Pete said good bye to me because he had to go to work. I never thought i would never see him again... May God give comfort to Lucia and Pete's son and daughter.

LuAnn, It was a shock when I heard of Pete's passing. Pete, Jim and I spent many days together hunting and fishing. Pete would talk about you often about how much he loved you. Please accept our sincere condolences. You and your family must stay strong during this difficult time. Do not hesitate to call if you need anything.
