We enjoyed our first hunting trip with you. Sorry time was so short.

I was a Baring resident (1993-1998) and my boys went to Skykomish school. I'm so sad to hear Josh passed. I just wanted to send my condolences & prayers to his family.

Josh, there in not enough time to tell all of the good times we had and do not need to talk about the(not so good ones)but I learned so much from U  Thanks Rick....

My heart goes out to Josh's friends and family.

We are so thankful to got to know Josh. we are going to miss you so much and Windy and James are heats go out to you both. just remember that Josh is looking over you both right now and how much he love you both. Josh you will always be miss and not forgotten my friend in tell we meet again.

Josh, we will all meet again on the other side.  I am proud that you were my friend.. You did so much for so many.  Windy and I will remain close.. You got your last hunt and did all of the last things that you wanted to do.  You and frank Sinatra have a lot in common.  You could sing I Did It My Way and it would be true. You will be greatly missed..you are loved.

I can say I know how it feels to lose a loved one. If you  believe in God He will get you through this verry sad time. I am verry sorry for your loss. God Bless your famil.

We are all so blessed to have had you in my life Josh. Your community service will never be forgotten. You played a Huge part getting the Skykomish Fire Dept. started with my mom and dad. We will never forget how hard it was.I know how greatful everyone is for all the lives you guys have saved, And all the years Towing Wow!You were the best! We will never forget the one time you drove the Tow Truck down the rail road tracks in skykomish.Now that was funny. You always made us laugh.If anyone ever needed anything ... there you were helping. You were a true Legend. You will be soooo... missed.

Thank you for giving Windy and James  a happy and fulfilling life, you will be missed by many.

Windy, my heart goes out to you and your family.  I pray that you find comfort in knowing that Josh is with our Heavenly Father.  He was a kind and generous man, with so much love in his heart.  Josh was one a of kind!  I remember at one of our Fire Department picnics, Josh was barbequing the steaks, and I was trying to be of assistance.  I would ask him questions to try to figure out where I could help, and his response was always "To make little girls ask questions".  I finally stopped asking questions, because it was clear, I was not going to get a straight answer.  I loved that man, he is going to be so missed!

Josh you where an awesome friend and boss. You helped me on more than one aide call, and the most important the accident that I almost died in.  You will forever be in my thoughts.

We will never say good bye.....our memories will go on forever and will always make us smile.
