David Earl Montgomery

1957 ~ 2024

Dave passed peacefully from this life on February 8, 2024 in his home in Gold Bar, Washington. He had just spent a fun evening with friends and family and went home to rest…this time to his eternal rest with our Lord and Savior. David was born in Seattle, Washington and spent most of life living in Washington and Oregon.

David is survived by his son Jacob Miller Self Montgomery, father Dale Montgomery, siblings Lynene Young and Jonathan Montgomery, stepmother Carol Montgomery, and brother-in-law Bill Young. He is also survived by his aunt Kay Miranda, cousins Garland & Bobby Eubanks, Glenna Pedersen, and Rufina Walker; and nieces and nephews: April, Kory, Jordan & Kayla Tucker; Amanda, Zach, Nathaniel & Jacob Bylsma; Darian, Halle & Logan Montgomery. He was preceded in death by his mother Beulah Montgomery, Grandmothers Mary Wistrom, and Helen Montgomery, and sister-in-law Laura Montgomery, along with many ancestors that have gone on before.

A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, March 23rd at 1:00pm. Location: Mountain Valley Chapel, 230 Lewis Avenue, Gold Bar, WA 98251. All who knew and loved him are welcome to attend.
