Jeffrey J. Federico, born October 17, 1960 in Monroe, WA, passed away on February 3, 2014 in Arlington, WA. Jeffrey is survived by his sisters, Karen, Susan, Jan, and Toni, his brother Tom, and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Audrey Federico. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
