Our beloved angel, Lori Roberson went to be with God on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 in Monroe, Washington. Lori had been in the process of defeating cancer when she was called away.
Lori Keller was born in Kirkland, Washington the youngest of five children, to Greg and Vicki Keller on December 1, 1974. She lived almost her entire life in the Monroe area where she enjoyed raising her 2 wonderful children and taking care of her friends and family. She and her husband, Tyson, started dating in high school in 1993. They fell in love, and they were married shortly there after in 1994.
Lori was best known for her bright shining smile that lit up any room, and her welcoming personality which made anyone feel at home in her presence. When diagnosed with cancer, Lori remained positive about her fight, never once letting it get her down. She continued to offer her smile to everyone and always spoke about what she was going to do after she won the fight. Her un-relentless optimism was truly an inspiration to everyone who new her.
Lori is preceded in death by her mother-in-law Karen Roberson and her oldest brother Greg Keller Jr. She is survived by her loving husband, Tyson and their son Wyatt, 15, and daughter Alyson, 13. She also leaves behind her mother and Father Vicki and Greg Keller, brothers John and Frank Keller, sister Cindy Blanchette and Sister-in-law Hyla Roberson as well as many family members and numerous friends whose lives she touched in such a way that they all considered her an extension of their own family.
The family is having a Celebration of Life for Lori on Saturday November 17th at 4:00 PM. It will take place at The First Baptist Church of Monroe located at 17922 149th St SE Monroe, WA 98272. Memorial donations in Lori’s name can be made at any Wells Fargo Bank location under “Lori Roberson Memorial Fund”.
