Uncle Louis use to take me fishing. He taught me how to clean and scale a trout, fish with a safety pin and bait a hook. At his gas station on Colby he'd let me sit in the car as he'd raise the car up to work under it. He probably did it to get me out of the way. But he never seemed to mind. I loved him so much. It was those memories and moments that led me to attend trade school to become an automechanic! Thanks for the memories. I miss you.

One of my favorite memories of Grandpa is sitting and watching John Wayne movies. He just loved The Duke. His favorite had to be McLintock I don't know how many times we watched that movie but he would always laugh at the fight scene at the mud pit and at Maureen O'Hara running from the Duke in her underwear. He thought she looked so funny. For now on, everytime I watch that movie I will always thinks of it as Our Movie. I love you Grandpa. I hope that you and The Duke take a long ride together.
