

Sandra Ann Bloor, a longtime Monroe resident, passed away on April 28, 2025 in Everett, WA. She was 78. Sandy loved every creature great and small, except for spiders, was an avid birdwatcher, enjoyed photography, and expressing her creativity through quilting. However, nothing was more important to her than spending time with her family. Her unconditional love was felt and appreciated by not only her immediate family but everyone she was related to along with anyone who came to know her. She owned and operated Theno’s Dairy for many years, selling ice cream and reveling in the smiles and relationships that came with sharing happy moments with thousands of people. Sandy is survived by her daughter Kim Bloor of Monroe, sons Doug Bloor (wife Jan) of Kent and Rich Bloor of Palm Desert, CA, grandchildren Nicholas, Taylor, and Trent, and great grandchildren Henry and Theodore. She was preceded in death by her husband LeRoy Bloor and her brothers Cliff, Ed, Don, and Dave. A celebration of Sandy’s life will be held at United in Grace Church in Monroe on June 14th at 1PM. Memorial donations in her name may be made to the Brown Bag Ladies at United Grace Church.
