He was a real craftsman and wood worker. He and his wife Andy built their home together in Duvall. They loved to spend cozy evenings with a log in the fire and a sailboat race on, or by hosting holidays for their family with his famous mashed potatoes. He and Andy would have been celebrating their 39th wedding anniversary this month.
Tim loved fly fishing — every aspect of it, from custom fly-tying to making his own bamboo fishing rods out of his workshop. He would also take fishing trips with his friends and enjoy the great outdoors together several times a year.
Tim also enjoyed a variety of music, an interest he shared with his daughter, Kaitlin. He always had something playing over speakers, whether it be in his workshop, or in his home. If you were passing through, you might hear anything from Lou Reed to the rhythms of Ali Farka Touré.
Tim is survived by his wife, Andrea Eyre, and his daughter, Kaitlin Cottage. His memory will remain in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
