Wayne Edward Felix, of Monroe, was born on March 9, 1940 in Mason City, WA to Bernard Paul Felix and Helen Elaine Dirks. He was an Army Veteran, retired from the City Of Monroe Public Works, and avid outdoorsman including hunting, fishing and golfing.
Wayne is survived by his daughter Cindy Tackitt (Leon), daughter Christine Felix (Brad Nelson), step-son Richard Blair, step-son Jeff Locke (Katherine), sister-in-law Carol Felix, grandchildren Richelle, Kyle, Emily (Bodey), Megan, Ryder and Jackson, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Connie Felix, brother Bob Felix, brother Norm Felix, son Robert Paul Felix, daughter Connie Sue Felix and step-son Jesse Locke.
Wayne spent many hours outdoors by the fire with longtime friends and neighbors Howard, Nora and Eileen. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
