

It is with great sadness that the family of Adeline Ochoa, née Gutierrez, share that she passed away at her home on November 13, 2021, in Hemet, California, surrounded by her loving family after a very brief illness. Adeline was born on October 21, 1925 to Antonio and Cleotilde Gutierrez in Duarte, California. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Augustine Ochoa and her two daughters, Patricia and Christine as well as her grandson, Joseph.
She is survived by her children Thomas (Renee) Ochoa, Jerome (Regina) Ochoa, Jane (Vaughn Kraynak) Susan DiSanto, Monica (Phillip Abbate), Timothy Ochoa, James (Carolyn) Ochoa, Joan (Sean Sullivan), and Paul Ochoa.
She also has many loving grandchildren including Lisa Ochoa, Sara Backer, Adeline and Annelisa Ochoa, Katherine Horth, Darryl and Rebecca DiSanto, Natalie Burke and Benjamin Jensen, Jack and Samuel Sullivan as well as Robert, Cassandra, Christopher and Samantha Ochoa. She also has 13 great grandchildren, all of whom will miss her dearly.
She was an avid gardener and loved to sew and craft. She loved reading and one of her favorite authors was Charlotte Bronté. Her funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on December 13, 2021 at 10:00 AM followed by internment at Live Oak Cemetery, in Monrovia.
