Born in Los Angeles on April 21, 1927, Belia lived 98 remarkable years filled with strength, devotion, and unwavering love for those she cherished most.
Belia was a guiding light to her family—known for her love of music, her resilience, and the deep warmth she brought to every gathering. Her legacy lives on in the generations she nurtured and inspired.
She is preceded in death by her son Marcus Gonzales, her husband Octavio Gonzales, and her daughter Luana (Richard) Castellano.
Belia is survived by her sons Armando Gonzales and Thomas Gonzales; her grandchildren Vera Diaz Gonzales, Joey (Lisa) Gonzales, Kari (Shane) Harmon, Danielle Gonzales, and Marco Gonzales; her great grandchildren Allegra, Annika, and Abrielle Diaz, Riley Harmon, Analise Mercado, Kassia Harmon, Curtis Gonzales, and Marcus Gonzales; and her great great grandchildren Rhea and Chayce Blum.
Belia’s life was a testament to love, perseverance, and the importance of family. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
