Born December 22nd 1943; Died July 28th 2016.
Carl, or “The Lamp Man” was born, raised and lived his whole life in Southern California. From the moment he could walk Carl started collecting antiques and became an expert on the Victorian era. In the 70’s Carl worked for Kodak as a resident artist. He had stalls in various antique malls from Fullerton to Temecula, including his Lamp Shop in La Habra. Carl was a devoted and caring brother and son. He is survived by his brother David, Cousins Michele, Patricia and Mark and stepson Michael.
A celebration of his life will held on Wednesday 10th August. Family, friends and colleagues are invited to an informal gathering at 11 am at the Hacienda Heights Seventh-Day Adventist Church Hall, 2120 S Stimson Ave 91745 then at 2 pm at Live Oak Memorial Park, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia 91016. All are welcome to attend.
