Carol Jean Deitemeyer unexpectantly passed away in her sleep in San Gabriel, CA on April 10th, 2013 at the age of 53. She was born in Arcadia, CA to Franklin Robinson and Patricia Robinson on August 29th, 1959.
She attended schools within the Temple City school district and graduated from Temple City High School in 1977. Carol was a dedicated elementary teacher of almost 30 years at Longden Elementary School and loved by her students and co-workers alike. She loved music and spread the joy through her piano playing.
Carol is survived by her husband, Rob Deitemeyer; daughter, Andrea Deitemeyer; father, Franklin Robinson and mother, Patricia Robinson; brother, Jim Robinson; nieces Elizabeth, Bridget and Christine Robinson; and many other friends, family and co-workers. She will be so greatly missed.
A memorial service was held at 1pm on Saturday, April 20th, 2013 at Sierra Madre Congregational Church and on Sunday, April 21st at Live Oak Memorial Park Chapel.
