

Carrie C. Wisener Mackenzie, 66 passed away peacefully at her home in Hemet, CA and was born unto eternal life on April 10, 2016. She was born on October 17, 1949 in Los Angeles, CA and grew up in Monrovia, CA where she attended both grade school and high school.
She worked as an administrator for many years at Superior Industries in Van Nuys, CA. She was of strong Christian faith and a talented writer and artist. She was also an avid genealogist tracing her family back to the 1500’s and was an honorary member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, having descended from a Revolutionary War patriot.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Edward H. Mackenzie, III, her parents, “Ralph” Clarence Wisener
and Irma R. Barron Wisener, her son, Condee Charles “Chuck” Stell, and her brother, Leo Patrick McManus.
She was a beautiful, generous and kind woman and will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She is survived by a brother John (Teresa) Wisener, Milwaukee, WI, and sons, Ronald D. Stell, Hemet, CA, Joseph Nunez Mackenzie, Compton, CA and Lincoln Charles Wisener Mackenzie, Hemet, CA, She is also survived by two nephews and several grandchildren, step-children and step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the Live Oak Memorial Park & Mortuary, 200 E. Duarte Rd., Monrovia, CA 91016. There will be a visitation from 12:00 -1:00 PM followed by a Christian service from 1:00- 2:00 PM, and a burial from 2:00 -2:30 PM at the gravesite.
