i have such lovely memories of Esther. I met her at Immaculate Conception church in Monrovia, her kind smile was so comforting. She honored me by bringing me a rosary from her trip to Medugorje years ago. i still have it in my little chapel. I will always remember you so kindly Esther. rest in peace my friend! your daughter Becky will always be a special friend to me. 

My family and I were heartbroken when we heard of Esther’s passing. She had been a dear friend to my Mother, Maria Licalsi, and Aunt, Vera Martinez. They had grown up together and I considered Esther has a special Aunt. I cherish the memory of taking these three beautiful ladies to Live Oak’s annual Día de los Muertos many years ago. Esther was truly an earth angel. She’s gone home to the angels in heaven, but we will always remember her light and love.
