Heather is survived by her spouse, Felix Rosario; her son Kyle Escobar; her daughter Jasmine Restrepo; her daughter Saryna DeJonge; and her son Dylan Carrillo.

A funeral service will occur Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016. A burial will occur Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Live Oak Memorial Park, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016.
Heather will be laid to rest in Live Oak Memorial Park, 200 E Duarte Road , Monrovia, California 91016; Victory ; Lot: 6056.
