Today, we said goodbye to a truly beautiful soul. Julio “Chi-Chi” Holguin was only 32 years old, but his time here on earth was never measured by the challenges he faced. He was an angel who brought so much love, light, and joy to everyone blessed enough to know him. His smile was absolutely infectious. It could light up a room and touch your heart without him saying a word. He reminded us that love doesn’t need words—it can be found in a smile, a touch, and simply being present. Although our hearts are broken and his loss was unexpected, we are grateful for every moment, every smile, and every memory we were blessed to have with him. And we find comfort knowing that his beloved sister, Bethany, was waiting for him with open arms. She loved him so deeply, and he loved her just as much. Now they are together again, side by side, and they will rest together forever. Fly high, sweet Chi-Chi. You were loved beyond words, and you will be missed more than you will ever know. Until we meet again.
Visitation will be held at Turner & Stevens-Live Oak Mortuary, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016, US, on October 15, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, followed by a Funeral Service at the same location from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.
Committal will take place at Live Oak Memorial Park, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016, US, on October 15, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
