Manuel Vicente Caballero, was born on March 24, 1924, in El Paso, Texas and passed away December 17, 2010, in Baldwin Park, California. Manuel served his country in the Army Air Corp during WWII. It was there he began his novice boxing career and only lost a hand full of bouts. Manuel is survived by his daughter, Lupe F. Caballero (Guy); Sisters, Connie Herrera, Eva Quinones, and Carmen Camacho; brother, Albert Caballero; and loving four legged companion, Bruce. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 27, 2010, 11AM - 12PM with a funeral to follow at 12PM, all at Live Oak Memorial Park Chapel. Care entrusted to Turner & Stevens Live Oak Mortuary, Monrovia, California.
