Randall Kent Weaver

Randall Kent Weaver, was called home to his eternal rest on July 1, 2026. He was born on March 22, 1959 and grew up in Seal Beach, California. During the 1960s and 70s he enjoyed riding bikes, swimming at the beach and exploring every inch of his small town. He attended McGaugh Intermediate and Huntington Beach High School where he was an exceptional gymnast who led his teams to multiple Sunset League championships. He attended the University of Southern California, in Los Angeles on a full athletic scholarship, competing for four seasons and becoming the PAC-10 All-Around Champion during his senior year.

In 1982, he began his banking career with Security Pacific National Bank in Los Angeles, California. In 1992, Security Pacific National Bank and Bank of America merged, Fiserv Incorporated, Wells Fargo Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Union Bank and retired in 2019 from the City Hall in Los Angeles. His 37 years included working with Treasury management, Municipal governments, Credit Unions, and large retail chains and cash management. In 2014, Randy was recognized for his contribution to Union Bank’s 2013 successes in Transaction Banking with several significant accomplishments including exceeding 2013 core earnings target generating several billions of dollars in new deposits at the First Bank Association Bank Services acquisition, the integration of Klik and Smartstreet, opening of the Atlanta Commercial Branch, the launch of numerous new products, features, and enhancements, and being named “Best Corporate Trust Bank in the United States” by Global Banking & Finance review, for the second consecutive year.

He was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather, and most of all papa.

He is survived by his wife, Margie Weaver; daughters, Christina Duran, Stefanie Ruiz, Yolanda Ruiz;

Nine grandchildren; Gloria Gonzalez, Jerrin Duran, Jacob Bouchard, Ethan Bouchard, Makayla Bouchard, Jason Miller, Olivia Ruiz, Evelyn Robinson, Elias Robinson

Two great grandchildren; Melody Gonzalez and Layla Gonzalez

One brother; Jim Weaver

One sister; Janet Weaver

Sister-in-law; Debbie Weaver

Two nieces; Lauran and Shelley

One great niece and five great nephews

Visitation will be held at Turner & Stevens-Live Oak Mortuary, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016, US, on July 28, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, followed by a Prayer Service at the same location on July 28, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A Religious Ceremony will take place at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 14085 Peyton Dr, Chino Hills, CA 91709, US, on July 29, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, and a Committal Service will follow at Live Oak Memorial Park, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016, US, on July 29, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
