Richard Ralph Jackman

Mr. Jackman, a retired school teacher taught 5th and 6th grade at Wilkerson Elementary School and Cherrylee Elementary School, both in El Monte.

He had a small collection of vintage automobiles.

He was predeceased by his beautiful bride of 52 years, Nola Stiver Jackman.

Richard and Nola are survived by their two children, Rick Jackman (Karen Bridgewater) and Lynne Eginoire (James Eginoire) and three grandchildren, Myles Emerson Bridgewater Jackman, Trevor David Street and Connor Jacob Street. Two adopted grandchildren, Bailey Cristofer Eginoire and Alex J. Dingman, two great grandkids, Tate Edmund Dingman and Ben J. Dingman from Des Moines, Iowa.

Mr. Jackman was a baseball fanatic of the Dodgers and the Angels.

He also kept track of the weather, interested in the occupation of meteologist and could predict a storm before it hit.

Richard and Nola spent several years traveling to Tucson Arizona to have their classic cars worked on. Made many friends along the way.
