Santiago is survived by his daughter Irma Hernandez; his son George Serrano; and his son Anthony Serrano.

A funeral service will occur Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016. A committal service will occur Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Live Oak Memorial Park, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016.
