

Suzanne Eugenie “Sue” Bissonnette completed her earthly journey on June 20, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. During the final year of her life, she was supported with extraordinary care and devotion by dear friends, neighbors, and compassionate caregivers.
Sue was born on February 9, 1942, in Albany, New York, to Theodore Donald Bissonnette and Margaret Jean Bissonnette. At the age of four, she moved with her family to Pasadena, California. An only child, Sue attended South Pasadena High School and later studied Theater Arts at California State University, Los Angeles, as well as Ventura College and the University of California, Santa Barbara.
A lifelong Christian Scientist, Sue devoted more than forty years to teaching the Science of Being throughout the United States, Canada, and England. Through her classes, recorded lectures, and YouTube channel, she shared spiritual insight and inspiration with thousands of students around the world.
Sue had a special love for animals, particularly rabbits, and generously supported animal rescue organizations throughout her life.
She is lovingly remembered by her devoted friends and neighbors, her dedicated caregivers, her cherished dogs, Love Bug and Grace, her beloved rabbit, Bunson, and the many students and friends whose lives were enriched by her wisdom, compassion, and unwavering faith.
Sue leaves behind a legacy of love, spiritual understanding, generosity, and selfless service that will continue to inspire future generations.

Visitation will be held at Turner & Stevens-Live Oak Mortuary, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016, US, on July 22, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
A Committal Service will take place at Live Oak Memorial Park, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016, US, on July 22, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 2:15 pm.
