With heavy hearts and great love, we announce the passing of Calogero Consolida a beloved Husband,father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend whose life was centered around family, love, and the simple joys that meant the most. Calogero was born on April 5, 1935, in Mussomeli, Sicily, a place that remained an important part of who he was throughout his life. He carried with him the values of his Sicilian upbringing—family, hard work, loyalty, and a deep appreciation for the people he loved. Calogero shared 50 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, building a beautiful life and family together. Their marriage was filled with love, devotion, and countless memories until her passing in 2007. The love they shared remained with Calogero for the rest of his life. He leaves behind a beautiful legacy through his three children, seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Nothing brought Calogero greater happiness than his family. He treasured the time spent together, watching his family grow through the generations and creating memories that will now be carried forward by those who loved him. Calogero, knew how to enjoy life. He loved to travel, tend to his garden, watch wrestling on television, and take his daily walks. He especially enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends, sharing stories, laughter, and simply enjoying one another’s company. Those who knew Calogero will remember a man who lived a full life, loved his family deeply, and never forgot where he came from. His journey began in the beautiful hills of Mussomeli, Sicily, and his greatest accomplishment was the loving family he built along the way. Although his absence leaves an emptiness that cannot be filled, Calogero spirit will live on in his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and in every story and memory shared about him. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of his family and friends. Rest peacefully
