A velorio for Carlos will be held Friday, July 29, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM at Residencia, 743 E 110 st, Los Angeles, CA 90059. A servicio funebre will occur Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Funeraria del Angel, 913 W Whittier Blvd, Montebello, California 90640.
