Javier is survived by his spouse, Maria Luisa Gutierrez; his daughter Leticia Ruvalcaba.

A graveside service for Javier will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Resurrection Cemetery, 966 N. Potrero Grande Dr., Rosemead, California 91770.
