Maria is survived by her esposa, Francisco Mendez; her hija Celina Mendez; her hija Monica Mendez; and her hijo Jose Mendez; her nieto Gerardo Ronquillo, her nieto William Mendez and her nieto Joseph Mendez.

A velacion/viewing for Maria will be held Tuesday, April 5, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel, 913 W Whittier Blvd, Montebello, California 90640. A mass/misa will occur Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 3772 E 3rd St., Los Angeles, CA 90063.
