Ann Taylor White

October 6, 1949February 15, 2021

Ann Taylor White, age 71, of Alabaster, Alabama passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021. Ann was born October 6, 1949 in Clanton, Alabama to Verbie Hayes. The oldest of 7 children, Ann was a natural care taker for her younger siblings.

Ann was always a very compassionate and kind woman. She found joy in the simple beauties of life; her Lord, her family, her beloved cats, and the nature provided by long walks in the park. She doted on her only son always, and her grandchildren were her heart, and source of much joy. Ann had many careers mostly in sales until she was no longer able to work. She was a woman of beauty inside and out, and even worked briefly as a model in her younger years. Through all her trials Ann never lost faith in her Lord, Jesus Christ; She never lost her smile, and she never stopped loving or caring for her family. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Ann will join in Heaven her dearly missed daughter, Lorei White Jarboe; parents, Bill Taylor and Verbie Hayes Taylor; and brother, Billy Ray Kynard

She is survived by her soul mate and husband of 43 years Robert White; son,Ken Prewett (Yesenia); grandchildren,(Jenifer) Prewett, and Nicholas Prewett; sisters, Kathy Cusimano, Judy Barnett, Julie Jennings(James); brothers, Philip Kynard (Bridget), and Robert Taylor (Rhonda); and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held for Ann at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 1:15 pm.
