Anthony (Andy) Mark Naro, Sr, age 85, Alabaster AL passed away on Dec. 15, 2015. He was born June 03, 1930 in Bessemer, AL. He was retired from Birmingham Budweiser after 43 years of service. He was a Purple Heart recipient, Korean War veteran and a member of the Chosin Few. He was a member of the VFW (Kelly Ingram), Elks Lodge 69 and a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents Philip Naro and Susie Ferlisi Naro Antonio and two brothers, Mark Naro and Johnny Naro. He is survived by his wife, Jean Ethel Naro; sons, Mark Naro and John (Kellye) Naro; daughter, Phylis (Ron) Beach; brothers, Joe (Francis) Naro and Ellis (Glenyss) Naro; six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday December 18, 2015 from 9:00am to 10:00am with Mass following at St Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, Montevallo AL. Interment at Alabama National Cemetery, Montevallo AL at 11:45am.
