Betty Ellen Beers, age 85, a long time member of Community Baptist Church died on Thursday, April 6, 2023. She was born in Detroit, Michigan and met her husband to be, Kenneth R. Beers in Flint, MI when he attended General Motors Institute.
Betty was the proud mother of four boys and enjoyed painting and drawing in her free time.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Ken Beers; 4 sons, Randy Beers, Mike Beers, Tod Beers and Dennis Beers and their wives; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service for Betty will be Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Community Baptist Church, 8254 Hwy 17 Maylene, AL 35114. The time for the service will be announced at a later date.
