Bonnie Sue Norwood

Bonnie Sue Norwood, age 71, of Jemison, Alabama passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022. Bonnie was born August 13, 1950. She was a member of Old Union Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Gray and Lucille Lassiter Neal; brother, Bailey Neal; and sisters, Bess Pitchford, Ruby Overby, Myrtle Felts, Peggy McKee and Sandy McDowell. Bonnie is survived by her husband of 56 years, Stewart Norwood; daughter, Charlene Gilmore (Ray); sons, Stuart Norwood (Emily) and Tracey Norwood (Rebecca); grandchildren, Jonathon Norwood, Dara Williams (Adam), Amber Gilmore, Heather Gilmore, Hayley Holly (Christian), Wesley Norwood, Payton Massey and Holly Norwood; great-grandchildren, Melody Norwood, Charlie Williams and Adeline Williams; brother, Stanley Neal (Julia); and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation for Bonnie will be held Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo). A graveside service at Midway Memorial Gardens, Jemison, Alabama will begin at 2:00 PM. Rev. Brad Robertson will officiate.
