Cheryl M Cook

Cheryl Marino Cook, age 73, of Vincent, Alabama passed away on Monday, January 9, 2023 at home with her family by her side after a lengthy illness. She was a member of Vincent Revival Center. She was a strong and generous God-fearing lady who will be terribly missed by all who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Madge Weaver Marino and Sam Anthony Marino; and daughter, Lorie Ann Johnson. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Charles W. Cook; daughters, Christy Harrington (Benny) and Sue Harper Young (Tom); son, John Cook; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Marino Letchman (Jan) and Kathy Marino Edy (Bob); and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

A visitation for Cheryl will be held Friday, January 13, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Rockco Funeral Home, 3715 Highway 25, Montevallo, Alabama 35115. A funeral service will occur Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Vincent Revival Center, 6121 County Road 85, Vincent, Alabama 35178. Pastor Jason Allums will officiate.

Cheryl will be laid to rest in Harpersville Municipal Cemetery, Harpersville, Alabama.
