Janelda Rae Barnett

13, 2022. Janelda was born to Albert and Elva Faschingbauer, Sr. on October 11,1938. She was

married to TSGT Robert R. Barnett who preceded her in death in 1969. Jan worked many years

at Mr. D's Country Mall in Sylacauga, Alabama and retired from Sheplers Western Wear in San

Antonio, Texas.

She is survived by her son, Allan (Patty) Barnett of Wilsonville, Alabama; brothers and sisters, Joyce Nixion,

Joe Faschingbauer, Linda (Bob) Ublacker, and Herbie (Ellen) Faschingbauer of Texas; grandchildren, Nicole (Scottie) Erwin, Megan (David) Bace, Molly (JT) Defee; great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews,

Janelda is also preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Elva Faschingbauer, Sr.; and brother,

Albert "Sonny" Faschingbauer, Jr.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Andrews United Methodist Church in Childersburg, Alabama

at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations so that we can do something special for

Columbiana Health and Rehab who took excellent care of her and helped us love on her for the last seven years.
