John Thomas Colegrove

John is survived by his wife of 37 years, Dianne Colegrove; sons, Greg (Valerie) Colegrove, Michael (Nikki) Colegrove, Marshall (Lisa) Hall; daughter, Tina Hall; and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

John was preceded in death by his parents, George and Lillian Colegrove; brothers, David and Steve Colegrove; and son, Michael Hall.

John shared many years with his wife traveling the world. They spent time in Hawaii, Egypt, and Israel. John loved Alabama football and supporting the Braves. He loved animals and his daily companions were his miniature schnauzer, Sassy, and his cat, Skeeter. John worked in the Space Survl Radar in the Air Force and worked as an Instrument Engineer.

A visitation for John will be held Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Rockco Funeral Home, 3715 Highway 25, Montevallo, Alabama 35115. A funeral service will immediately follow from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A burial will occur at 11:45 AM at Alabama National Cemetery, 3133 Highway 119, Montevallo, Alabama 35115.
