Kenneth Wayne “Kenny” Broadhead, age 76, of Pea Ridge, Alabama, passed away November 19, 2017. Kenny was born in Marvel, Alabama to Richard and Nellie Broadhead. He served in the US Army and spent his career in the coal mines. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Dick (Myra), Donald (BeBe) and Ralph; two sisters, Faye Horton (Houston) and Carol Province (Joe); brothers-in-law, James and Richard Jones (Mary); and sister-in-law, Clara Ingram (Oakley). He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Sharron Liddle Broadhead; children, Renee Jones (Kelly), Lisa Brown and Tara Vaughn (Stephen); grandchildren, Nicholas Jones, Jacob Brown, Braxton Crosby and Keagan Vaughn; brother, Howard “D. D.” Broadhead (Peggie); sisters-in-law, Janice Lawley (Bobby), Shirley Davis, Bobbie Keith, and Betty Jones; and a host of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 10:15 AM at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo.
