Lloyd G. Sample departed this life at the age of 81 for his heavenly home on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. He is survived by 3 children, Deborah J. Poet, Sandra S. Henke, and Lloyd G. (Vann) Sample, 8 grandchildren, 12 great grand children, 2 brothers, Sidney Sample, David Sample, and 1 sister, Betty Cox. There will be a visitation and funeral service on Saturday September 24, 2016.
