Loretta Greenhill

Robbie Loretta Greenhill, 83, passed on March 12, 2026. She was a resident of Alabaster, Alabama. Loretta was born in Shelby County, Alabama to James and Mary Harris. She was well-known as the "Egg Lady" and the "Avon Lady." Loretta loved tending to her flower garden, koi pond and her beloved weiner dogs. Many of her favorite memories were spent with her family in the Smoky Mountains.

Loretta was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Sharon Harris; and special canine companions, Bosco and Molly. She is survived by her children, Larry Greenhill of Wilsonville, AL, Dana Glasscox (Ellie) of Montevallo, AL, and Lee DeLeon (Fred) of Alabaster, AL; grandchildren, Brandon Greenhill (Jackie) and Amber Greenhill; great-grandchildren, Aiden Perry, Asher Perry and Harrison Greenhill; brother, Tommy Harris of Montevallo, AL; nephew, Aaron Harris (Shannon); niece, Kimberly Giraldo (Roger); and current special canine companion, Sully.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to Shelli Cuppett and the team at Compassus Hospice.

Visitation will be held at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo), 3715 Highway 25, Montevallo, AL 35115, on Monday March 16, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with her Celebration of Life to begin at 12:00 PM. Rev. Bill Collum will officiate.

She will be laid to rest at Shelby Memory Gardens, 8586 Highway 25, Calera, AL 35115. A reception will follow at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo).
