

Mark grew up in Siluria, AL, where he worked on a dairy during his early years. He later became a self-employed brickmason, and called himself a jack of all trades, master of none. His work and skills were well-regarded by all who knew him.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Michelle McMullin; his son, Mark McMullin Jr. and his wife Courtney; his daughters, Heather "Flossy" McMullin and her husband Roger Pineda, and Brittany McMullin. He leaves behind cherished grandchildren: AlliBrooke McMullin, Natalie McMullin, Deason McMullin, Matthew Pineda, Chloe Ruemmler, and Ryleigh Grace Carter. Mark is also survived by his sister, Deb Dalton and her husband Richard, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, John E. McMullin and Betty Joyce Sanders; his stepson, Johnathon Carter; and his sister, Donna McMullin.
Mark was an outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. He was an avid Alabama football fan and enjoyed watching NASCAR, with Jeff Gordon being his favorite driver. He could usually be found holding up his truck in the front yard with a bonfire.
A visitation will be held at Rockco Funeral Home in Montevallo, AL, on November 2, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm. The committal service will be held at Lime Springs Church Cemetery in Clanton, AL.
Mark will be remembered fondly by all who knew him. He never missed a chance to tell those closest to him "I love you heart and soul." 333
